Responsibilities:
- Follow up on all leads and requests for information
- Perform analysis on property value using comps, data, site walks, market trends, and research
- Build rapport with prospects and clients to overcome objections and get the deal signed
- Prepare letters of intent, real estate market research reports, partnership models, contracts, due diligence documents, and other business administration paperwork in advance of real estate transactions
- Liaise between buyers and sellers to ensure a satisfactory transaction
- Perform a high volume of daily outbound calls to convert leads
- Drive Houston neighborhoods and identify potential properties
- Qualify properties based on condition, size, and current Real Estate market
- Work closely with upper management regarding deals, and communicate properties effectively
- Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
Qualifications:
- Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone
- Must be driven and passionate about real estate asset selling and goal-oriented
- 4-year college degree in Sales, Business, Real Estate or related experience highly desired
- Over 1 year of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate acquisitions, land acquisition, or real estate sales experience is preferred
- Team player with a positive, upbeat, energetic can-do attitude
- Strong written and oral communication (Fluent Spanish speaker a plus), must be able to connect with others and understand client needs
- Excellent organization, punctuality, and time management skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced energetic environment
- Represent full competence and knowledge of the current Real Estate market, with the ability to adapt to ever-changing market conditions
- Detail-oriented and quality-focused
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
Compensation: $62,000 - $74,400 yearly
