We are looking for a Senior Program Manager to lead key programs and projects to help grow supplier marketing and advertising revenue at Whole Foods Market (WFM). This role will be responsible for leading cross-functional initiatives primarily focused on driving demand and bringing awareness of our products to suppliers, as well as leveraging customer insights to drive improvements to our product portfolio. Key stakeholder teams include Amazon Advertising and Go-To-Market, Product Management, Category Merchandising, Marketing Analytics, Category Marketing, Promo Marketing, and eCommerce. This role reports into the Senior Team Leader, Supplier Marketing & Advertising. We are looking for a strategic, critical thinker with strong business acumen and communication skills who obsesses over customers, earns trust with stakeholders, dives deep into business metrics and processes, and consistently delivers results.

Core Responsibilities:
- Develops go-to-market strategies for launching and promoting omni-channel supplier marketing and advertising programs, including both online and in-store tactics.
- Responsible for forecasting and tracking supplier funding target goals by segment, on an annual and ongoing basis. Implements initiatives to meet those funding goals.
- Uses data-driven learnings and customer insights to recommend and implement evolving product and business strategies that drive mutually beneficial outcomes for Whole Foods, suppliers, and customers.
- Manages the relationship with Amazon Advertising's go-to-market and sales teams, identifying and refining collaboration opportunities, and establishing effective ways of working, processes, and responsibilities between the two organizations.
- Leads the supplier communication strategy, using tactics like webinars, emails, and events to drive supplier awareness and interest in marketing and advertising program opportunities.
- Creates and maintains supplier-facing materials such as one-pagers, case studies, and program overviews. This includes working with Amazon to ensure Whole Foods' advertising materials speak to suppliers, and developing materials that showcase the full portfolio of marketing offerings and how they work together.
- Partners with Product Management teams to assist in launching new capabilities, and optimizing supplier and customer experiences across existing programs.
- Engages with brands and presents in 1-to-1 and 1-to-many venues, overviewing strategic omni-channel opportunities and articulating the value programs provide.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- BA/BS degree and 4-6+ years of experience in shopper marketing, retail media, or other relevant roles at an established retailer, CPG company, or media organization.
- Strong business acumen and a proven track record delivering business results through high impact marketing programs.
- Highly analytical with a demonstrated ability to translate quantitative and qualitative data into actionable strategies, plans, and objective insights to inform future planning.
- Flexibility and initiative to identify operational gaps and drive improvements, even outside of core responsibilities.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity, aligning stakeholders across priorities, and thriving in a dynamic environment.
- Expertise in B2B and B2C communications with a keen eye for effective messaging.
- Communicates written information in a clear, structured, and concise manner.
- Ability to build strong relationships across diverse groups of stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
