Atlanta (GA Real Estate License Required) This Position Is 100% Commission-Based. This Is Not A Salaried Role. The Sales Manager located in Atlanta, GA, US is in charge of being the trusty counterpart of our Designated Broker of the Realty ONE Group Atlanta offices. Compensation for this role is 100% performance-based.

A Georgia real estate license is mandatory.
Responsibilities:
- Attend manager meetings, sales meetings, and any required office/corporate functions/events
- Assist and interact with sales consultants and facilitate their needs (including help in taking listings and writing offers)
- Assist sales consultants with listing and offering presentations
- Achieve specified monthly sales goals, ensuring the team is trained and developed in residential real estate transactions
- Assist Broker with training, teach office classes, and assess training needs
- Conduct new sales executives onboarding interviews and office orientation
- Maintain a consistent follow-up system (CRM) with sales execs/recruits
- Organize and enter sales execs/recruit information into CRM/tools to develop relationships, manage pipeline, and track overall progress
- Assist in scheduling training classes/sales meetings
- Help develop systems/contests/classes designed to increase production from all sales executives
- Facilitate weekly training sessions
- Assist with out-of-office functions, parties, meetings, and events
- Contact, interview, and hire potentially seasoned (co-op agents) and new recruits
- Maintain a consistent follow-up system (CRM) for existing agents/recruits
- Set interview/hire goals per week/month/year between Sales Manager and Broker
- Attend recruiting presentations as deemed by the Broker
- Assist the Broker with any recruiting functions
- Maximize the company’s profitability
- Understand, display, and embrace the company’s “coolture”
Qualifications:

Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years experience in the real estate industry
- Must be a licensed REALTOR in Georgia
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Ability to foster strong customer and vendor relationships
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills; excellent verbal and written communication skills
Desired:
- Some college coursework
- Previous working experience as a Managing Broker is preferred, but not required
Language Skills:
- Fluent in speaking, reading, and writing in the English language
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Other language skills are helpful but not required

Compensation:
$148,500 - $167,000 yearly
