Job Description:
Opportunity to join a well-established and growing South Shore Insurance Agency. As a Personal Lines Account Manager, you will play an integral role in servicing new and existing personal lines clients. You will serve as a trusted advisor to our clients, recommending coverage enhancements and tailoring policies to meet their specific needs. You will engage with clients and our company partners to navigate the renewal process and resolve customer questions. As an Account Manager, it is critical to handle multiple open opportunities, with great communication and customer service skills. We are looking for a self-motivated team player to join our collaborative in-office team in Hanover. You'll be rewarded with a competitive salary, growth, and training opportunities. Responsibilities and Qualifications:
- In-depth knowledge of personal lines insurance products
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Property and Casualty License preferred
- Applied Systems, Single Point, and MA RMV knowledge a plus
