The Senior Market Finance Professional collects, analyzes and reports on various market data to connect financial outcomes with operational effectiveness. This position will support MRA, clinical, and quality teams in identifying trends and opportunities for the Intermountain Region.
The Senior Market Finance Professional works with Actuary, MRA, Corporate Finance, Clinical and Market Point internally and Providers/Hospitals/Ancillary externally to drive optimization. This includes activities spanning decisions required for day-to-day operations to strategic planning and addressing specific business performance issues across a matrixed organization, fostering key relationships with business stakeholders. The role begins to influence the department's strategy and makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approaches for project components, with considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.

Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of analytical experience
- Proficient in SQL
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with teammates
- Comprehensive working knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Master's of Business Administration (MBA)
- Value-Based Healthcare experience
- Medicare Advantage Bid knowledge
- Knowledge of Service Fund
- Power BI

Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full-time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job-related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. $76,800 - $105,800 per year. This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan based on company and/or individual performance.
