Responsibilities:
- Monitor, evaluate, and implement program quality assurance, improvement, and clinical integrity through chart reviews, surveys, policy and procedure revision, and other applicable means.
- Provide input, oversight, and monitoring of program activities, including the development of collaborating agencies and sites for housing and health activities.
- Assess and provide support for staff competencies through a strength-building lens.
- Supervise daily activities of assigned staff and implementation of evidence-based models.
- Contribute to a work culture that inspires teamwork and effective interventions for the most challenging situations.
- Assess, develop, locate, and track training needs for program staff.
- Monitor program productivity, outcomes, and service delivery goals.
- Assist in the development, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of program services, initiatives, procedures, and standards.
- Attend and facilitate community, program meetings, staff meetings, and trainings.
