What You'll Do:
- Deliver Outstanding Service: Greet guests with a friendly and warm demeanor, assist with check-ins and check-outs, and handle any inquiries or complaints professionally.
- Balance the Books: Perform nightly audits of all hotel and restaurant transactions, balance cash receipts, and prepare accurate reports.
- Prepare for the Day Ahead: Reset the day's business, prepare the front office for the morning shift, and ensure all wake-up calls are properly handled.
- Lead the Night Shift: Act as the Manager on Duty, handling emergencies and ensuring smooth operations throughout the night.
- Communicate and Collaborate: Participate in front office meetings and training programs, and work closely with other departments as needed.
- Maintain Confidentiality: Protect the privacy of our guests and the security of hotel information.
- Support Operations: Assist with Food & Beverage operations, act as the PBX operator, and take the initiative to perform necessary tasks.
What We're Looking For:

- Independent Worker: You can handle overnight shifts solo, multitask effectively, and manage time efficiently.
- Detail-Oriented: Accuracy is your middle name - you have strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Customer Service Passion: You genuinely enjoy making guests happy and enhancing their stay.
- Flexible Schedule: Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Physical Readiness: Ability to lift and move up to 10 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods.
- Team Player: Eager to assist in other areas and cross-train to support the team.
Qualifications:
- Previous hospitality experience is a plus but not required - we value a willingness to learn!
- Strong communication skills and the ability to handle cash and credit transactions responsibly.
- Ability to respond calmly and effectively in emergency situations.
