SterlingBridge is looking for an Insurance Office Manager with commercial lines experience to join our team in our Worcester, MA office. The Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the general P&C sales, service and administrative functions of the office.
The ideal candidate will have prior leadership experience and a high level of initiative with the ability to anticipate needs of a growing insurance agency.
Responsibilities:
- Sales, Administration and Sales Support of Agency Principals, Brokers and Clients.
Minimum Requirements:
- Active P&C Insurance License
- Working knowledge of both personal and commercial lines
- Applied Epic Administration
