Minimum Requirements
- Post-secondary degree, preferably in Business Administration, Finance/Accounting or Commerce
- Possesses an Accounting Designation (or near completion)
- 6 to 8 years’ experience in a financial analyst role or above with progressive experience within a large complex organization
- Prior distribution/logistics and/or consumer packaged goods industry experience required
- Technically savvy and has Expert-level proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Strong quantitative analysis and financial modeling skills
- Strong business and financial acumen; able to link business requirements with financial objectives
- Strong communication skills - clear written and verbal communication; know your audience and communicate accordingly
- Problem solving and systemic thinking skills- critical analytics/ diagnosis; focus on continuous improvement
- Strong customer service focus; ability to relate to people at all levels and build trusted relationships
- Good prioritization and decision making skills and judgment to drive the right impact
- Well-organized and self-directed individual who is able to work with minimal amount of supervision and manage ambiguous situations

Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
