You’ll work to make sure home inspections are arranged, assist with escrow documentation, schedule inspection appointments, and repairs, and ensure offers and counteroffers are approved. Support & Benefits • Health Insurance • Tech support • Onboarding & training • Small company culture • Fun offsites for Town Halls (indoor range, golf, axe throwing, laser tag, etc.) Core Values • Authenticity: Be someone who tells me what I need to hear, not what I want to hear ... don't blow smoke • Accountability: Be a person who takes extreme responsibility • Excellence: Be a person who inspires others to Think, Learn & Act Responsibilities: • Call clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings • Support customers by attending closing processes when necessary • Respond to all leads and potential homebuyers in a timely fashion to build a strong client base • Manage all aspects of MLS listings, including filling out listing paperwork, posting to MLS, posting to social media, and producing a marketing plan that leads to quick sales • Call clients to give weekly reports on the status of their listing so they are more likely to provide good customer ratings and referrals • Ask for a positive review from buyers and sellers after the transaction has been completed • Complete real estate listing paperwork, create new MLS listings, post listings to social media, and implement a marketing plan for new listings to ensure accurate information that promotes quick sales • Work closely with Buyers’ Agents to negotiate contracts to closing • Negotiate contracts with buyer’s agents to achieve the best deal possible for the client • Prospecting and conducting lead generation activities to create new business • Ask for a positive review from buyers and sellers after the transaction has been completed Qualifications: • Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself • Familiar with customer databases used to store private client information • 1+ year of prior experience in the real estate industry • Superb time management, interpersonal, and communication skills • Team player who believes their success is the team’s success • Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • Shows in-depth knowledge of real estate industry and can accurately conduct market research • Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone • Completes tasks quickly and efficiently • Obtained real estate license, pursuing a real estate license, or have previous experience working at a real estate brokerage or title company in transaction coordination • Highly motivated problem solver • This position is located in Nashua, NH, and is in-person Compensation: $40,000 yearly + commissions
