In the ever-evolving world of South Florida real estate, we understand the challenges that agents face, and we are fully prepared to help you navigate and thrive in any market. Over the years, we’ve built a reputation for empowering our agents with genuine opportunities and unwavering support to achieve their ultimate goal: closing more deals. With the right tools, training, and leads, selling 20+ homes annually is not just a possibility—it’s a reality.
Why Join the Laurie Finkelstein Reader Team? As part of an elite group of real estate teams, we’ve been handpicked by top platforms like Zillow to receive high-quality, validated leads. We have an abundance of Zillow Flex leads. Our success comes from teaching our agents how to convert these opportunities into closed deals, time and time again. Our proven systems and training programs will enable you to generate your leads while leveraging the high-quality live tour connections we provide. Many of our agents consistently secure 2-3 escrows a month within their first 90 days, thanks to our structured approach.
When you join our team, you’ll embark on a thorough onboarding process designed to equip you with a specialized skill set. We’ll teach you how to convert leads into appointments, conduct impactful seller consultations, and master the complexities of real estate contracts. Our goal is to get you into production quickly. After onboarding, you’ll continue to receive comprehensive training through in-person and virtual sessions, covering topics like roleplays, listing appointment techniques, closing strategies, and much more.
