Job Description
The Relationship Manager IV – Commercial Banking is primarily responsible for the sales of various financial products and the servicing of commercial loans to middle-market privately owned businesses. This position requires strong knowledge of the commercial underwriting approval processes and advanced knowledge of Wealth Management products, Treasury Services, deposit offerings, and other bank services. Responsible for managing portfolios, which include the largest, most profitable customer relationships, and providing more junior officers with functional guidance.

How You'll Spend Your Time
- You’ll prospect, network, develop new business, and cross-sell our services.
- You’ll participate in community and professional activities to enhance our image and expand your network of business contacts.
- You’ll partner with credit on the approval, documentation, and booking processes.
- You’ll monitor and manage existing credit relationships, including credit renewal and detailed analysis of current financial statements.
- You’ll compile reporting to monitor asset, credit quality, and compliance with policy/regulation.
Education & Experience Requirements
This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor’s degree and 8-10 years’ experience in commercial lending or 14-16 years’ equivalent experience.
