Porch Light Health provides addiction treatment to people throughout Colorado and New Mexico. Job Description
- Under the supervision of the CFO, maximizes return on financial assets by establishing financial policies, procedures, controls, and reporting systems.
- Senior Leadership Accountabilities: Lead a team of individual contributors
- Foster development of leaders and create a culture of accountability. Develop goals, strategic plans, company policies, and make decisions on the direction of the organization.
- Mobilize and influence external stakeholders and outside resources.
- Effectively communicate sr. leadership decisions and organizational strategy and plans to managers. Also, share key external leadership updates
- Oversees monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting close processes and coordinates the preparation of financial statements and filings in compliance with GAAP.
- Conducts ad hoc analyses of the organization's finances and presents findings to executive leadership for decision making and planning.
- Develops internal controls and oversees audits of policies and procedures meant to preserve the organization's assets.
- Responsible for AP/AR and payroll functions.
- Monitor and confirm financial condition by conducting audits; providing information to external auditors.
- Complies with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, anticipating future legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements; filing financial reports; advising management on needed actions.
- Responsible for personnel actions including hiring, performance management, and termination.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting -required
- Master's Degree in accounting -Preferred
- Certified Public Accountant -Preferred
- 5-10 years' of overall combined accounting and finance experience in a healthcare setting.

Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday. Day shift
Compensation:
The expected salary range for this position is $115,000-$150,000. The base salary offered will depend on various factors such as Education, Experience, Geographical Location, skills, and qualifications, as well as internal equity.
