As a Business Unit Control Analyst you will be responsible for the accurate accounting of financial transactions and the reporting of financial data for all Nestlé Purina PetCare Product Technology Center / Research Center (PTC-RD) sites. You will play a large part in managing all accounting and reporting activities for the department.
- Responsible for all financial reporting related to Fixed Assets
- Produce monthly reporting to project managers and others to track progress of projects
- Responsible for consolidated reporting of projects and tracking of Key Metrics for Fixed Assets
- Responsible for maintenance in SAP Asset registry to ensure all data is up to date as well as distribute an Asset List to Location Managers quarterly
- Create Purchase Orders from requisitions and send orders to appropriate vendors
- Assist with new vendor setup in Vendor Master and follow through on requests
- Assure compliance with purchasing policies and procedures
- Communicates with requisitioners and suppliers to facilitate purchase, resolve problems, and expedite deliveries
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years experience in accounting or finance environment
- 1+ year experience in working in SAP or equivalent financial system
Other
- 1+ years working within a Research and Development organization

The approximate pay range for this position is $63,000 to $90,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
