WHAT TO EXPECT AS A NEW HIRE
Expect to start your career as an “analyst,” aka junior consultant, in the Project Delivery Services practice (PDS). This is our traditional consulting practice, where you will gain experience in different technologies and industries, while developing your business and technical skills. In addition, this means you can find yourself working alongside industry experts from other practices in the firm – Energy, Salesforce, Tech Services, Project Delivery, and more. For instance, your first project at MRE could be supporting a CTRM implementation for a major energy client, helping with system setup for gas or power markets, or perhaps even supporting a technology refresh project for an oil rig in Brazil. Six months later, you could be helping us build custom dashboards for a healthcare provider.
In addition, you can expect a nimble organization – we run a lean firm and we adapt to changing external circumstances. While projects can change, we encourage our people to be as engaged within the firm as they want and do more than just project work, i.e., internal networking groups, recruiting, and more!
