Job Description:
What You’ll Do:
Responsible for all certification related processes for the business and external clients both internationally and domestically. Creates scripts for interfaces and certification documents for clients. Partners with clients to complete certification. Supports systems that are used for certification. Performs compliance monitoring for operation regulations. Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.
How You’ll Do It:
Participates in releases and products. Creates and implements certification project plans. Creates scripts for all interfaces, develops manual documents, and creates and delivers training. Coordinates with technology on updates to certification processes and systems. Participates in the certification processes for all client types across all interfaces and networks. Utilizes lean tools and methodologies to determine root causes and resolutions of issues. Implements solutions for identified issues. Creates and performs reporting and process documentation. Supports the development of certification related systems. Implements, refines, and supports compliance monitoring including exception requests, transactional monitoring, and client reporting.
Qualifications You’ll Need:
The Basics:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration and Management, Information Technology, Finance, Engineering or related field. 2+ years experience as Product Owner, Business Analyst, Customer Service and Relationships, IT or related. In lieu of degree, 4+ years experience as Product Owner, Business Analyst, Customer Service and Relationships, IT or related field.

Bonus Points If You Have:
4+ years experience as Product Owner, Business Analyst, Customer Service and Relationships, IT or related. Payment/Digital Debit Network experience.

Compensation: The base pay for this position generally ranges between $75,500.00 to $127,900.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors such as geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
