Summary:
The HR Consultant serves as a primary resource for the Retirement Plans Manager, HR Shared Support team and other HR Leaders for information related to Total Rewards Programs (including retirement benefits, payroll, and other HR-related programs). This individual anticipates, research and resolves escalated complex inquiries for associates and managers efficiently.

• Represent the highest confidentiality in all responsibilities and duties.
• Perform retirement benefits administration to include communicating benefit information to associates, working with our consulting & vendor partners on associate escalated issues
• Ability to analyze data, reconciling biweekly/monthly reports and provide various reports to Retirement Plans Manager
• Assist in the retirement plans administration of the policies and procedures to help ensure our plans are operating in accordance with the plan documents and in compliance with regulatory requirements (i.e. Secure 2.0, Secure Act, Pension Protection Act….)
• Understanding and ability to Interpret policies and plan documents
Competencies/Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Additionally, the qualifications listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required in this position:
• Associates or Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Professional certification a plus (i.e. PHR, CEBS, SHRM-CP…)
• Minimum of 3 years of retirement plan(s) benefit experience
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organization skills
• Understanding and ability to interpret and follow policies, plan documents and regulatory regulations and rulings.
• Ability to prioritize work and meet tight deadlines
• Ability to maintain confidentiality in all situations

• Non-Qualified Savings Restoration SERP
This Position’s requirements:
• Participate in research, analysis and administration of corporate benefit plans and programs to include communicating benefit information to associates and working with vendor partners and consultants on escalated issues.
• Prepare written communications and updates to plan documents
• Analyze data, reconciling biweekly/monthly reports and provide various reports to Retirement Plans Manager
• Assist in the administration of the policies and procedures to help ensure the plans are operating in accordance with plan documents and in compliance with regulatory requirements (i.e. Secure 2.0, Secure Act, Pension Protection Act...)
• Understanding and ability to interpret and follow policies, plan documents and regulatory regulations and rulings.
• Provide support to other members of both the Retirement Plans & Welfare Benefit teams during peak seasons, as needed
• Identifies and recommends process improvements; supports retirement plans team projects through goal setting, career development plans and knowledge sharing initiatives
• Promotes a team-oriented approach by developing partnerships with managers, team members, and consulting groups to ensure associate needs are addressed appropriately
• Performs other duties as assigned
