The Opportunity
The Talent Management Consultant is a key member of the Talent Management team and is accountable for developing, facilitating, leading and consulting on career, succession, and performance processes that will ensure a strong talent pipeline and process accountability that supports a high performing organization. This position will serve as a consultant to the HRPs and Business Leaders on performance management, the annual review and calibration process, leadership development, succession planning, and talent reviews. Additionally, this role will be the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for system implementation and support legacy system migration to Oracle.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide oversight and subject matter expertise for performance management system including confirming completion of goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.
- Optimize the performance management process to include goal setting & tracking, anytime feedback, and collaboration between leadership and staff.
- Support Oracle implementation including initial system configuration, integration, testing, reporting, analytics, and data mapping.
- Maintain and provide upgrades or updates of system functionality with Oracle Talent Life Cycle Module or other HRIS platforms.
- Maintain and report metrics to measure the effectiveness of talent management programs.
- Provide support for goal setting and performance, talent review and succession planning processes.
- Collaborate with HRPs and Business Leaders to facilitate communication and training activities that effectively translate Talent and Performance Management business process and systems into easily understandable programs.
- Support HRPs and Business Leaders on succession planning, provide transparency, and educate on process and method for talent pool identification and reviews.
- Collaborate with third party vendors to develop implementation plans for the talent strategies that have been developed.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience required, Master's Degree in Human Resources, Organization Development, or I-O Psychology or related field preferred.
- 8+ years of related experience.

Typical office environment with a hybrid work schedule: 3 days in office and 2 days remote.
