Job Summary:
As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for providing a superior customer experience by assisting clients throughout the entire car-buying process. You will leverage your product knowledge, sales skills, and passion for automobiles to match customers with the right vehicles, all while fostering long-lasting relationships that enhance customer loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, determining their needs and preferences.
- Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives, showcasing the features and benefits of various models.
- Build rapport with customers to understand their buying motivations and create tailored solutions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the dealership's inventory, financing options, and current promotions.
- Negotiate sales terms and finalize contracts, ensuring compliance with dealership policies and legal regulations.
- Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
- Collaborate with the finance department to facilitate the financing process.

- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance sales skills and industry knowledge.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- No sales experience needed.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to effectively communicate.
- Pasion for automotive products and services.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid Florida driver's license and a clean driving record.
