Role: HCM Cloud Payroll and OTL Functional Consultant
Location: Remote with Milestone Travel
Job Summary:
The consultant should be able to provide on-time support of US Payroll and Oracle Time and Labor Modules on the tickets raised. They should be able to work on the tickets independently and respond to the customer and bring them to a closure. They should also coordinate with offshore as and when need when working on tickets involving other modules. They should be available for daily stand-up call with clients and provide updates on assigned tickets.
Years Experience: 10+
Responsibilities:
- Provide on-time support/quick turnaround of tickets opened w.r.t modules – US Payroll and Oracle Time and Labor
- Provide support and availability during payroll runs.
- Provide update on tickets in the daily stand-up call with client.
- Clear verbal and email communication on all items assigned
- Coordinate with offshore for tickets involving other modules.
- Coordinate and work with technical team for Techno-functional tickets
Qualifications:
- Expert in Oracle HCM Cloud US Payroll consulting/support
- Conversant with all U.S. terminology in terms of US Payroll
- Have work experience in Oracle Time and Labor module.
- Should have basic knowledge and work experience on Fast Formulas
- Have excellent communication skills.
- Should be able to directly work with the customer on support tickets.
- Provide timely support for all critical tickets
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $112,500/Year to $132,000/Year depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
