About the Position:
OBO is one of North America's top HubSpot partners, and we are currently seeking a experienced and dynamic HubSpot Consultant to join our team. As a HubSpot Consultant, you will work closely with our clients to understand their project requirements, provide expert guidance, and implement effective solutions using the HubSpot platform. This role requires in-depth experience with business process mapping and HubSpot implementation; this is NOT a marketing or revenue ops role!
Position Responsibilities:
Own and manage multiple full HubSpot Implementations from Discovery to Delivery
Collaborate with clients to gather project requirements and understand their business processes.
Provide expert advice and guidance on utilizing the features and functionalities of the HubSpot platform.
Configure, customize and implement HubSpot to meet clients' specific needs and objectives.
Conduct training sessions for clients, enabling them to use and maximize the benefits of HubSpot effectively.
Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and documentation to ensure successful project delivery.
Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues or challenges that may arise during the implementation process.
Continuously stay updated with the latest features and updates of the HubSpot platform.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certifications in HubSpot.
Experience in a HubSpot Agency or similar environment managing and contributing to multiple parallel projects.
Experience in training and conducting workshops for clients.
Familiarity with other project management software and tools.

Position Requirements:
Proven experience as a HubSpot Consultant, implementing technical HubSpot projects.
Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
Excellent client-facing skills with the ability to understand client requirements and provide effective solutions.
Proficiency in configuring and customizing HubSpot, including creating workflows, automation, and integrations.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver them within deadlines.
Proactive attitude with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
