Full-Time Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner - Dermatology

OPEN POSITION:
Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner - Medical Dermatology

SCHEDULE:
- 4 Days per Week
- Monday to Thursday
- 8:00am to 5:00pm

COMPENSATION:
- $120,000 to $130,000+ Base Salary, negotiable dependent upon experience

LOCATION:
Montrose, Colorado

COMPANY PROFILE:
This private dermatology practice opened in 2012 and currently employs 3 dermatologists and 1 dermatology physician assistant. They operate out of a beautiful office that offers a bright and modern space with a separate Mohs suite and histotechnology laboratory. They provide medical, surgical / Mohs, and cosmetic dermatology services. They are hiring due to growth.

POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The new provider will work with highly-trained clinical assistants and on-site management in a modern outpatient private practice setting with ample support and resources. The new provider will work in the area of medical dermatology, including but not limited to:

psoriasis
skin rashes
warts
cysts
acne
actinic keratoses
skin cancer

Providers see between 25 and 30 patients per day. All patients are adults. The practice uses the Modernizing Medicine EMA system.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Eligible for Colorado NP or PA license
- 3+ years medical dermatology experience
- 3+ years experience seeing 25+ patients per day
- Extensive experience performing biopsies and excisions
