Infection Control Nurse RN

The hospital is looking for an Infection Control RN. Qualified RN with knowledge of CDC guidelines and definitions of healthcare associated infections (HAI's), JACHO standards, federal and state regulations. Is responsible for identifications, investigation, reporting, prevention and control of health care associated infections (HAI's) among patients and personnel. Is responsible for assisting with in service programs related to infection prevention and control.
- Must have current RN Nevada License or be eligible.
- Working knowledge of microbiology, epidemiology, infectious diseases, aseptic techniques and current practices.
Required Qualification:
- Pass background check, drug test, and have RN Nevada License or eligible.
