This position is responsible for marketing and underwriting the company's surety bond products and services. Develop and maintain agency and community relationships. Provide additional support for field and provide consulting expertise for customers to generate solutions to problems or identified needs. Provide technical and training support for the small contract program. Implements and coordinates marketing plans to profitably grow small contract business within company guidelines. You will report to a Manager Bonds Regional Accounts.
Position Compensation Range: $107,000.00 - $181,000.00
Pay Rate Type: Salary
Compensation may vary based on the job level and your geographic work location. Relocation support is offered for eligible candidates.
Primary Accountabilities:

Specialized Knowledge & Skills Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support or service.
- Demonstrated experience marketing and underwriting surety bonds and services.
- Demonstrated experience working with sales force.
- Extensive knowledge of bond products and services.
Travel Requirements: Up to 30%.
Physical Requirements: Work that primarily involves sitting/standing.
