Responsibilities: • Create training materials for new real estate agents and provide training to ensure their performance aligns with our brokerage’s standards • Work with the leadership team on retention programs to ensure that our top real estate sales agents remain with our brokerage • Ensure the brokerage and agents are adhering to all company policies and procedures and abiding by all state and national Fair Housing and real-estate law • Expand our brokerage by hiring top-performing realtors for our team • Manage all aspects of the brokerage including the company’s MLS listings and overseeing all real estate transactions the agents are involved in • Assure all company policies and procedures and state and national Fair Housing and real-estate laws are being followed by the agents and brokerage • Make training materials for new real estate agents and develop them to perform up to our brokerage’s high standards • Work with the leadership team on retention programs to ensure that our top real estate sales agents remain with our brokerage • Run all operational aspects of the brokerage, including the company’s MLS listings, and oversee all transactions the real estate agents perform Qualifications: • Over 3 years as an actively practicing licensed real estate agent • Working knowledge of the real estate industry and of all state and national Fair Housing and real-estate laws to ensure our brokerage is in compliance • The management and leadership skills to successfully guide a team of high-performing real estate agents • Excellent customer service and communication skills • Must have a managing broker’s license Compensation: $75,000 - $125,000 yearly
