KBW Financial Staffing & Recruiting has partnered with a company in the Lee NH area in their search to find an Accounting Operations Manager. This role will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the month-end closing process and will manage the AP/AR team (3-6 people). Responsibilities
- Supervise and oversee the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable for the Northeast EVI division.
- Maintain system controls over the AR & AP.
- Monitor the cash account activity for EVI Northeast.
- Reconcile cash accounts monthly.
- Approve vendor statements provided by AP.
- Ensure state registrations for sales tax are completed.
- Prepare quarterly sales commission statements.
- Handle external audit requests.
- Assist with month-end close as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required in accounting/finance or economics.
- Management experience required.
Pay: $80-100k DOE
