As a member of our Finance team, you'll have the opportunity to work independently and make a significant impact on our business by helping to define our corporate strategy.
The primary focus of this role is Financial Planning and Analysis, including forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and project ROI work. You'll use your analytical skills to provide insights and recommendations to our management team and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial reporting and identify opportunities to drive revenue or improve efficiency.

What your day looks like:
- Develop accurate financial forecasts for revenue, expenses, and cash flow.
- Analyze annual budgets and provide insights into key drivers of budget variances.
- Perform variance analysis on actual results versus budget and forecast, and provide recommendations to improve performance.
- Conduct ROI analysis on proposed projects, including gathering relevant data and creating financial models to evaluate profitability.
- Help define our corporate strategy by providing financial support and guidance to cross-functional teams.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase the efficiency and accuracy of financial data analysis and reporting.
What we're looking for in you:- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and variance analysis.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis using Excel and other financial tools.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.
Compensation: Our cash compensation amount for this role is targeted from
$80,000 to
$105,000.
Additional Compensation: Potential yearly bonus (estimated at 3% to 8% of base salary) & equity grant.
While we are a flexible work environment to assist with work-life balance, this role will be in office with flex day being discussed and approved by the hiring manager once you have become established in the role.We've got you covered!- 90% of Medical insurance covered.
