Position Purpose
Builds financial/analytical models that utilize both financial and non-financial data to make business decisions. Performs competitive landscape studies and evaluates ideas and business trends. Leads and develops cross-functional business projects and analysis.
Principal Accountabilities
- Coordinates the preparation of the Annual Operating Plan including system support, financial reporting, support in preparation of presentation materials, coordination of the timetable with the business units.
- Participates in the continuous development of the FP&A team across the region.
- Supports the LATAM Regional Management in the development of ad-hoc reports.
- Assists in the implementation of business analysis processes (i.e., BOBJ MIS).
- Performs analyses to drive financial performance of the ARP LATAM region, helps to identify and communicate potential business challenges; collaborating with the follow-up on action plans; and assisting in initiative implementation.
- Coordinates the monthly forecast process and prepares materials for reviews with senior management. Monitors the Outperformance Plans from the Country/Clusters.
- Coordinates the financial strategic planning process for the region, including detailed volume reviews, PL reviews and deliverables to global office.
Experience and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business Administration, Economics or related field.
- 10-12 Years of progressive experience.
- Complete mastery of Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint).
- Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment.
- Analytical mind: comfortable working with numbers.
- Storytelling: need to receive information from various sources and produce to facilitate our commercial team sales process with customers.
- Communication: ability to communicate to a diverse audience, both internally and externally.
- Learning agility: Will be exposed to many new concepts and need to be able to grasp them quickly.
