The Senior FP&A Analyst will focus on corporate reporting and work closely with the Senior Manager of FP&A to develop, provide, and monitor reporting and metrics for membership, claims and sales to enhance decision support for the Company. Additionally, the position will provide deep, detailed analysis in financial forecasting and fee modeling, variance analysis, pricing, margin analysis, cost savings identification and implementation and additional quantitative analysis in support of the Senior Manager of FP&A.
Essential Job Responsibilities Include:
- Work closely with the Senior Manager of FP&A to enhance and maintain detailed metrics reporting, prospective fee modeling and other ad hoc analysis.
- Work closely with all members of the FP&A team to support multi-year projection model for the Company and prepare presentations on projected and actual results for management and the Board of Directors.
- Provide variance review and explanation of financial and operational performance as part of the monthly close process and identify risks and opportunities with respect to monthly financial results.
- Prepare month-end package, including financial statements and deck, for senior and executive level business leaders to help encapsulate monthly results and forward-looking viewpoints.
- Perform margin analysis on the company with drill down review of profitability for all products and segments.
- Develop financial models to analyze and evaluate performance.
- All other duties as assigned.
Required Skills / Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional work experience within a corporate office environment, with concentration in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field.
- 5 years of related Financial Planning & Analysis experience.
- Masters degree preferred.
- Private Equity Firm experience preferred.
- Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles.
- Expert level proficiency in Excel; can easily create and edit professional corporate PowerPoint decks.
- Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills to evaluate alternatives and provide recommendations on business issues.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and naturally seek and arrive at quantitative solutions to business challenges.
- Well-developed written and verbal communications skills.
- Takes initiative, willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done.

Compensation and Benefits:
Based on relevant market data and other factors, the anticipated hiring range for this role is $88,000 - $105,000 annually. Final compensation rates will be determined based on various factors, including but not limited to experience, skills, knowledge, and internal equity considerations. This role is also short-term incentive eligible. Incentive amounts will vary by individual and business goals.
