Job Title: Senior Tax AnalystJob DescriptionAssist with the implementation and reporting of US corporate tax strategies, including performing research and analysis of tax considerations, liaising with Treasury, and coordinating with Accounting and Legal. Assist with the preparation of domestic compliance filings, including federal and state corporate income tax returns, tax information returns, gathering data and preparing documentation for the files. Assist with preparation and analysis of relevant tax calculations including Sec. 163(j), Sec. 174, BEAT, CAMT, and other tax-related calculations. Assist with gathering supporting documentation for, and preparing responses to, government audit queries. Assist with the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual US tax provision calculations including return to provision calculations. Assist with analyzing tax information and preparing internal management reporting. Establish and maintain well-documented files to support tax compliance and planning initiatives. Liaise with internal teams on ad hoc tax matters as required. Continually review tax legislative changes for possible impact to the company. Prepare account reconciliations for income taxes and selected entities. Ensure accounting and reporting process complies with applicable internal control (SOX) requirements. Address and respond to queries from auditors and internal reviewers.
