Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our collaborative and development-focused Performing Arts team. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in connecting with band and choir directors, faculty, and parents to promote our International Concert Tours. Your mission will be to inspire performing arts groups to embark on life-changing international tours with WorldStrides Performing Arts.
Performing Tour Specialist Responsibilities:
- Acquire new business as well as grow existing accounts.
- Prospect potential customers by telephone; deliver in-person or video conference presentations to music directors, faculty, and parents; field incoming inquiries; follow up on marketing-driven leads.
- Effectively communicate the value of traveling internationally with WorldStrides Performing Arts, International Concert Tours.
- Recommend specific international tour packages.
- Provide clear and accurate program and pricing information.
- Utilize CRM and external resources to research potential new customers.
- Actively maintain and manage a significant prospect portfolio.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation on all customer data, telephone contacts, price quotes, proposals, and email correspondence within the CRM.
- Attend and represent WorldStrides Performing Arts at select music conferences.
- Participate in ongoing sales and product training to continue to hone your professional knowledge, skills, and abilities.
