As a Sales Consultant, you will be an integral part of our team, driving the home-buying experience and ensuring each customer feels supported from start to finish. Your expertise in sales and passion for home construction will help guide future homeowners through the exciting process of creating their dream homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build Relationships: Engage with prospective homeowners to understand their needs and respond effectively.
- Drive Sales: Demonstrate knowledge by showcasing model homes, home sites, and designs to prospects.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Director to submit quarterly plans to develop strategies to drive traffic, including events, eblasts, and social media posts.
- Prospect independently using phone calls and emails from the Lasso database.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, Design Consultants, Realtors, Lenders, and other team members to ensure seamless communication and project success.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, local market conditions, and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the construction or real estate industries.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.
- Genuine passion for helping clients achieve their dream homes, with a focus on delivering top-notch service.
- Ability to think on your feet, handle objections, and offer creative solutions to client challenges.
- Self-motivated, driven, and able to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
- Willingness to work three weekends a month, while maintaining a five-day workweek.
