Key Responsibilities:
- Support PeopleSoft HCM and UKG/Kronos Time & Attendance applications
- Manage projects from small to large scope
- Gather and document business requirements for HRMS initiatives
- Develop detailed QA test plans and conduct extensive testing
- Track and resolve system production issues
- File cases with vendors to resolve technical issues
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer systems or related field (or 2+ years equivalent experience)
- 3+ years' experience with PeopleSoft HRMS, Payroll for North America
- Knowledge of PeopleSoft Query, SQL+ or TOAD
- Project management skills and functional business specifications development
- Strong troubleshooting and teamwork abilities
