At DuPont, we are working on things that matter; whether it’s providing clean water to more than a billion people on the planet, producing materials that are essential in everyday technology devices from smartphones to electric vehicles, or protecting workers around the world.
If you would like to be a part of a premier multi-industrial company that is delivering sustainable solutions that bring real purpose and value, of a company with collaborative spirit because it believes that we work best when we work together as a team and values the diversity of thought, then DuPont is the company for you!
DuPont’s MLDP offers you an accelerated, tailored career path and prepares you to assume a leadership role. The management, marketing, and strategy skills you bring to your roles will contribute to high-impact assignments designed to both leverage and enhance your individual goals and development. You will benefit from the mentorship of corporate leaders, a network of global community peers, and high-level exposure to the diverse businesses within DuPont.
The program is designed to accelerate leadership development and prepare you to become a general manager. Full-time assignments are real roles (not projects) based on business need and provide opportunities to drive visible business results, experience multi-functional environments, and learn about DuPont’s markets, products, and strategies.
Your roles may include: Strategic Marketing and Execution; Business Strategy and Planning; Product Innovation; Commercialization and Marketing Management; Sales Effectiveness and Management; or Business Transformation and Development.
Candidates for the Program must possess these qualifications:
- Current enrollment in an accredited MBA program; preferably with an emphasis on marketing, corporate strategy, or general management
- 5+ years of relevant work experience (i.e., strategy, business development, marketing, consulting, product management)
- Strong drive for results and a passion for growing businesses
- Demonstrated leadership experience
- Outstanding problem-solving and analytical skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, including networking, relationship building, and influence management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present effectively to senior managers
As an MLDP participant, you will help DuPont to grow faster, stronger, and smarter — in a culture that will help you grow, too.
