We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Pre-Sales Specialist to join our team. As a Pre-Sales Specialist, you will play a crucial role in understanding our clients' needs, presenting our hospital management software solution, and effectively demonstrating how our product can meet their requirements. Your responsibilities will extend to various stages of the sales cycle, from initial client engagement to closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Engagement:
* Initiate and maintain communication with prospective clients.
* Understand client requirements and challenges related to hospital management.
* Conduct presentations and product demonstrations tailored to the client's needs.
2. Bidding:
* Participate in the bidding process for potential projects.
* Prepare and submit compelling and competitive proposals.
* Collaborate with the sales team to create comprehensive and persuasive bid documents.
3. Gem Portal Management:
* Utilize the Gem portal and similar platforms to identify relevant business opportunities.
* Maintain an updated and accurate profile on the Gem portal.
* Engage with potential clients on Gem and other portals to build relationships.
4. Document Reading:
* Analyze and comprehend client documents, RFPs, and other relevant materials.
* Extract key information and requirements to tailor responses effectively.
* Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate interpretation of client needs.
5.Sales Support:
* Work closely with the sales team to create impactful sales strategies.
* Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education to clients.
* Address client queries and concerns to ensure a smooth sales process.
6. Record Keeping:
* Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
* Update systems with relevant information on leads and opportunities.
7.Qualifications and Skills:
* Proven experience in a pre-sales or sales support role, preferably in healthcare or software solutions.
* Strong communication and presentation skills.
* Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
* Familiarity with bidding processes, Gem portal, and other similar platforms.
* Excellent document reading and analysis skills.
* Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience with hospital management software or similar solutions is a plus.
