We are a busy small animal practice with 7 vets who treat dogs, cats, and exotics including ferrets, guinea pigs, rabbits, chinchillas, snakes, lizards, and birds.
We are a privately owned hospital that has continued to grow in our community since we opened in 2012 - we are currently expanding our building which we are very excited about!
Ideal candidates will have:
- Relevant veterinary or medical experience
- Strong customer service skills
- Computer proficiency

- Veterinary receptionist experience (preferred)
Duties include:
- Checking patients in and out
- Answering the phone
- Scheduling
- Sending and following up on emails
- Obtaining patient histories
- Preparing exam rooms
- Medical record creation and maintenance
- Client education
- Follow-up calls
- Filling prescriptions
- Various record keeping
- Maintaining positive long-lasting relationships with our clients

We have a unique schedule that offers a balance of personal and work life. Our team operates on a set schedule, consisting of three 12-13 hour shifts per week. We have two teams that alternate their schedules weekly. Team A works on Monday, Friday, and Saturday from 7 am to 7:30 pm, and the following week on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday with the same hours.
