In accordance with applicable Federal and State laws, the anticipated salary for this position in Chicago is $65 per hour. This salary is Nixon Peabody's good faith estimate at the time of this posting.
Job Requirements:
We are seeking a second-year law student for a paid internship during spring 2025 on a part-time basis in our Chicago office to work with our Health Care Practice Group. The ideal candidate will be available to join in December 2024. Our interns provide legal research, writing, and other substantive support for our attorneys. Interns will also receive substantive feedback and mentoring on assignments. We are looking for candidates with a 3.0 GPA or higher who have completed substantive coursework in health law and who have work experience in the health care field.
Qualified candidates will have strong academic credentials, superb judgment and communication skills, excellent legal writing skills, and a commitment to providing excellent client services.
