As a Lead Buyer Agent, you will play a crucial role in guiding clients through the home-buying process. You will leverage your expertise in the real estate market to provide exceptional service, ensuring a smooth and successful experience for buyers.
Responsibilities
- Client Consultation:
- Meet with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget.
- Provide expert advice on market conditions, pricing, and property options.
- Property Search:
- Utilize MLS and other resources to identify suitable properties for clients.
- Schedule and conduct property showings, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Negotiation:
- Develop and implement effective negotiation strategies to secure the best terms for clients.
- Prepare and present offers, counteroffers, and other necessary documentation.
- Market Analysis:
- Conduct thorough market research to provide clients with accurate property valuations.
- Stay updated on local market trends and changes to inform clients effectively.
- Client Communication:
- Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the buying process.
- Address any questions or concerns promptly to ensure a positive experience.
- Work closely with other team members, including listing agents, transaction coordinators, and marketing staff.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Follow-Up:

Compensation
$90,000 - $150,000 at plan yearly
