The Cash App Accounting Specialist III that supports our corporate business has responsibility for manufacturing cash applications (accounts receivable), negotiations, analytical problem-solving, and excellent communication.

- Responsibly manage sensitive / confidential information.
- Adhere to existing department policies and standard procedures.
- Adhere to month and quarter-end close deadlines.
- May be asked to assist with training new employees.
- Proficient in Adobe Pro with editing and adding text to PDF’s.
- Manage multiple A/R email boxes – compose detailed, thorough, and professional emails internally and externally.
- Thorough understanding of Order to Cash process (Purchase Order > Sales Order > Invoice > Payment)
- Deposit checks using either desk-top deposit or manual deposit slip
- Retrieve daily wire/ACH report from JP Morgan Chase
- Apply cash in Blackline Cash Application & NetSuite consisting of checks, credit cards, ACHs and wires
- Monitor and resolve “problem deposits” within 3 business days
- Must have the ability to evaluate and investigate customer accounts and transactions with sometimes limited information to properly apply cash receipts to the appropriate accounts
- Reconcile daily cash postings
- Identify issues and either effectively resolve alone or know when to communicate to manager
- Filing of check copies must be current (1-3 days backlog)
- Field calls from customers regarding customer account details, issues, processing of credit card payments etc.; return voice messages within 24 hours.
- Print & mail customer invoices and statements as needed
Education and/or Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Manufacturing experience required.

The company offers a comprehensive benefits package and compensation for this position. The package includes base salary, bonus, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401k/Match.
The salary for this position is $21.97-28.83 an hour.
