Job Description:

What You’ll Do
How You’ll Do It
Generate forecasts and analysis for Cash and Equity Bonus expense.
Prepare periodic Board of Director updates for the Compensation sub-Committee; maintain and improve offline tracking with an intense focus on data integrity.
Prepare periodic loss forecast effective challenge projections; present results, key trends, and other analysis to Loss Forecasting team.
Develop and enhance financial models; improve forecasting accuracy and drive business insights.
Assist in development and preparation of materials for quarterly earnings and various EMC and BOD presentations.
Maintain strong focus on process purpose, mastery, and continuous improvement (efficiency and risk identification/mitigation).
Develop profitability analyses and projections for marketing and customer segments.
Analyze customer behaviors and product profitability trends to understand financial implications and influence actions.
Provide management with strategic advice and financial analyses for investment decisions, pricing changes, and channel and segment expansions.
Perform competitive analyses to drive strategic insights and actions.
Translate business opportunities and issues into financial analyses.
Qualifications You’ll Need
The Basics:
Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field.
2+ years of experience in financial services, consulting, investment banking, or related field.
Bonus Points If You Have:
Master's degree in finance, business, or related field.
4+ years of experience in financial services, consulting, investment banking, or related field.

Compensation: The base pay for this position generally ranges between $75,500.00 to $127,900.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
