Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), consulting, or a related function, or 5 years of experience with an advanced degree.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in building data infrastructure (e.g., designing architecture, building data pipelines, implementing scalable monitoring) and implementing reporting solutions.
- Experience with complex strategic and operational initiatives, often across multiple products, functions, and geographies.
- Experience developing strategies in fast-paced environments.
- Ability to work with data to produce analysis, influencing decision making with numerical analysis and generating insights.
- Ability to take ownership, interact with all levels, set objectives, drive results, and be a team player.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work with a wide variety of departments.

Responsibilities
- Develop an understanding of Google’s technical infrastructure and the economics of our business.
- Serve as the subject matter expert in helping our product area business partners understand and influence their technical infrastructure costs.
- Identify opportunities for product area demand shaping and efficiencies to lead to a more optimal fleet.
- Maintain and improve both near-term and multi-year models for Operational Expenditure (OpEx), Capital Expenditure (CapEx) and reporting governance, including AI/ML.
- Build relationships and collaborate across numerous touch points within and beyond Technical Infrastructure (TI) and present takeaways to leadership.
