Senior Leasing Officer / Leasing Officer (Retail)
Assist to manage and handle leasing matters of a portfolio of retail premises.
Manage and handle all leasing liaisons and coordination with internal and external parties including tenant management, leasing enquiry, pre-leasing administration, new lettings, rent reviews, leasing negotiation, and documentation of the leasing proposal.
Requirements:
- Degree holder with 3 years’ experience in retail leasing with major developers is preferred.
- Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills with a positive attitude.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Candidates with less experience will be considered for the post of Leasing Officer.
