What You Will Be Doing At ABC
- Partner with HR members to support the lifecycle (hire to retire) process for employees within HR systems including Paycor
- Ensures all processes in the full employee lifecycle are consistent across the regions, with awareness of local laws, practices, and regulations
- Partner with HR and end users within the organization to define requirements for ad-hoc report requests
- Makes recommendations, designs, develops, and tests final reports using HR systems
- Review, audit and ensure the integrity and compliance of the transactional data into the HRIS, including new hires, terminations, transfers, and pay rate changes - ensure overall data integrity in global transactions
- Analyze organization processes to identify places where data integration can reduce manual input
- Perform analysis and technical support for all HR systems and escalate issues appropriately
- Assists with business process improvement, design, and problem-solving
- Perform testing for system fixes and enhancements
- Responsible for reviewing and validating process flow, and validating expected outcomes
- Support team with processing current and timely payroll payments including multi-state, municipalities, and pay groups; US bi-weekly payrolls for over 5,000 employees; Support off-cycle processing as needed
- Continuously review and update processes within HR documentation and user manuals
- Provide reporting to Compensation and Accounting for benefits billing and reconciliation
- Perform regularly scheduled audits on employee HRIS data
- Responsible for completing and assisting the HR team with data integrity questionnaires in regard to privacy and cybersecurity on prospective vendors, systems, and HR upgrades, as applicable
- Responsible for addressing a high volume of system-related inquiries in a timely fashion while maintaining a high level of quality and teammate satisfaction
- Prepares reports of data results, presenting and explaining findings to HR leadership
- Review, follow, and provide input to HR Operations team objectives
What You Will Bring To ABC
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or related discipline or equivalent professional work experience
- Strong Time & Labor processing experience for a multi-FEIN/multi-state employer, with a minimum employee population of 5K+
- Proficiency with GSuite applications (specifically GMail, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel including Excel skills in VLOOKUPs and pivot tables for analysis)
- Business system workflow mentality to guide the organization towards operational efficiency and scale
- Comfort with and passion for accurate people data
- 1+ years of experience managing data in an HR-related system (HRIS, ATS, LMS, Payroll, Benefits, or another related system)
- Demonstrated detail orientation and accuracy of data input and processing
- Demonstrated ability to learn new systems quickly, and apply new knowledge
- Strong interest in business systems and analytics, and a desire to build the next phase of your career around HR systems and analytics
- Experience with data management, specifically with validating and auditing data and reports from multiple systems
- Willingness and ability to dive in to support the diverse analytical needs
- People Analytics experience (working with organizational people data such as recruiting, headcount, attrition, and sentiment to solve business needs)
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth tech company
- Strong intellectual curiosity and a desire to help others solve problems
- The ability to handle sensitive data with discretion and confidentiality is a must
- Inclination to be flexible and willing to do what is needed to get great work done
- Experience working in companies with over 5,000 employees
