Job Title: Traveling Superintendent - Multifamily Construction
Location: Nationwide (Travel Required)
Salary: $115,000 - $160,000 per year

Responsibilities:
- Project Oversight: Oversee the entire project, managing daily job site activity, tracking plan/project changes, and ensuring efficiency.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce all safety and OSHA requirements to maintain a secure working environment on-site.
- Schedule Adherence: Ensure that all milestones and overall schedule completion dates are met without exception, driving project success.
- Coordination: Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, management, and government entities to facilitate seamless project execution.
- Client Meetings: Regularly meet with client representatives to discuss project status and address any concerns.
- Process Administration: Administer specific processes and maintain a positive project culture to enhance overall project performance.
Requirements:
- Experience: 5 years of experience in multifamily construction, demonstrating expertise in various build types, including wood frame, podium, stick build, masonry, etc.
- Construction Knowledge: A demonstrated understanding of multifamily construction means and methods, with the ability to maintain the flow of progress.
- Willingness to Travel: This position requires 100% travel, and the candidate should be willing to work in different locations as per project requirements.
- Work Ethic: Ability and drive to work the hours required to meet deadlines and contribute to project success.
