This role is fully remote and the ideal candidate would be based in Herndon, VA or Denver, CO area to facilitate in-person development opportunities.

What you will do:
- Utilize internal systems to extract and analyze data, informing pricing strategies.
- Engage with branch and district managers to gather specific market data.
- Assist branch and sales teams in understanding and implementing established pricing processes.
- Collaborate with the Supply Chain department to ensure the prompt integration of cost adjustments into our systems.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics related to pricing.
- Generate routine reports to support strategic pricing initiatives.
- Conduct analyses to understand pricing dynamics across various products, identifying opportunities for revenue enhancement and addressing profit margin issues.
- Manage data uploads to ensure completion, and investigate data/integration issues when there are errors or discrepancies.
What you will bring:
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
- Over 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong technical proficiency in pricing software and systems, including ERP systems and pricing management platforms.
- Solid understanding of data management principles, including data entry and quality assurance.
- Experience in training and user support, with the ability to develop training materials and conduct training sessions.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proficiency in analyzing complex data sets to extract meaningful insights and troubleshoot system issues and data discrepancies.
- Familiarity with analytical tools such as Tableau, Pricefx, Microsoft Power BI, Python, or Alteryx is advantageous.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills, with the capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
