Cost Controller
Our client is seeking a skilled Cost Controller to oversee and manage cost accounting processes within our client’s organization, operating in the comprehensive polyurethane services industry. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in accounting, preferably within a manufacturing environment, and have strong technical expertise in ERP systems and financial processes.

Focus:
- Manage and analyze all cost accounting activities, ensuring accuracy in reporting and compliance with internal and external requirements.
- Coordinate and oversee financial processes related to manufacturing operations, including cost tracking, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of month-end and year-end financial close processes.
- Maintain and analyze general ledger accounts, supporting reconciliations, and identifying discrepancies.
- Utilize ERP systems to monitor financial transactions and ensure alignment with corporate financial goals and standards.
Skill Set:
- 7-10 years of relevant accounting experience, with a focus on cost accounting.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
- Strong background working in a manufacturing environment, highly preferred.
- Expertise in accounting practices, with comprehensive knowledge of GAAP.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including proficiency in pivot tables, Vlookups, and other analytical functions.
- Experience handling general ledger processes and managing financial closing periods.
