Bookkeeper - Quickbooks Experience
Our client, a Technology Solutions company, is looking to add a Bookkeeper to their team.
Responsibilities include:
- Entering and processing Payable, Receivables, and all general ledger entries.
- Ensuring appropriate procedures for financing report, record keeping, and documentation, maintaining files in an orderly, accurate, and current manner.
- Maintaining all checking and credit card accounts and reconciling monthly.
- Reviewing and preparing the necessary documents required for timely payment of billing and invoices.
- Working with outside CPA firm to prepare financials.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree.
- 2-5 years of bookkeeping experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel, and Quickbooks.
Base salary: $50k plus excellent benefits including 401k with a match.
