As a 2.5B retailer operating 580+ Fine Wine and Good Spirits retail locations as well as several wholesale locations, the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board (PLCB) is looking for a highly motivated IT professional to support and ensure continuity and discipline in the Information Technology Services (ITS) organization for the Oracle ERP Cloud and Merchandise Foundation Cloud Service (MFCS) applications and processes. This position provides system administration and support and is responsible for transforming advanced requirements into technical design documents including but not limited to technical specifications, configuration documents, testing scenarios, and runbook documentation. This technical role requires strong Oracle ERP, MFCS and Retail Demand Forecasting (RDF) Cloud skills and strong analytical skills. This position is involved at some level throughout the entire system development life cycle including analysis and solution definition, technical recommendation and testing and project execution.
Work Schedule and Additional Information:
- Full-time employment
- Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 60-minute lunch.
- Telework: You will have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time up to four days a week, with one day per week in the Northwest Office Building in Harrisburg. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg.
- Salary: The starting salary for this position for new Commonwealth employees may be negotiable.
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- One year as a Business Analyst 2; or
- Six years of business process analysis experience; or
- Two years of business process analysis experience and a bachelor’s degree; or
- An equivalent combination of experience and training.

- You must pass a background investigation. An applicant with a felony conviction within the last ten years of their prospective date of employment is not permitted to work for the PLCB, per section 210(c) of the Pennsylvania Liquor Code.
