Position Overview
Odyssey Relocation Management is seeking an Expense Auditor with a strong focus on customer service for our Denver, CO or Maple Grove, MN office. This role offers exposure to both Odyssey Relocation and the broader Relocation Management industry.
Reporting to the VP of Client Financial Solutions, the successful candidate will bring a diverse background in customer service and has a passion for accounting/finance. This position provides opportunities to work closely with operations and supply chain teams, contributing to Odyssey's success across various projects and tasks.

Primary Responsibilities
- Review, audit, and code employee expense reports and supplier invoices to mathematical accuracy, policy adherence, and in compliance with relocation tax regulations.
- Create accurate and timely client invoices.
- Manage expense inbox communications.
- Review and audit multiple data resources for quality assurance.
- Maintain business process documentation.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Experience Desired
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field is highly recommended.
- Computer Proficiency
- Microsoft Office 365 – specifically Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Web hosted job-related systems.
- Aptitude to documenting work is critical.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify and clearly convey complex problems to stakeholders of all levels across various functions and platforms, coupled with a willingness to challenge when necessary.
