Our client is looking for a full-time Strategy Planning Analyst to join our team. Our mission is to build a global community through innovative nail products that inspire self-expression, confidence, and fun. We are seeking a talented and analytical Strategy Analyst to join our new and growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for problem-solving, a keen eye for detail, and a strong analytical mindset.
As a Strategy Analyst, you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing strategic initiatives, providing insights that drive informed decision-making across the organization. This position will report to the Senior Director of Operations.
Job Description:
- Strategic Planning:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine organizational strategies.
- Conduct thorough market research, competitor analysis, and industry assessments to inform strategic decision-making. - Data Analysis:
- Collect and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
- Utilize statistical models and data visualization tools to present findings and insights to key stakeholders. - Financial Modeling:
- Build and maintain financial models to support strategic planning and decision-making.
- Conduct cost-benefit analyses and scenario planning to assess the potential impact of strategic initiatives. - Recommendation Development:
- Formulate clear and actionable recommendations based on data analysis and strategic insights.
- Work closely with decision-makers to communicate findings and facilitate informed discussions. - Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:- ONSITE ROLE, MUST LIVE IN THE U.S
- Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, or a related field.
- Minimum +3 years of proven experience in strategy, business analysis, or a related role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant software.
- Bilingual (English/Korean) preferred, not required.
